Damaged or incorrect items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Intimate items that have been opened or worn cannot be returned.
Wholesale prices and MOQs are shown on our wholesale page. A formal quotation and agreement are required before bulk production. Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the products in question.
