Shipping

We ship worldwide with tracked couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS) and air/sea freight for wholesale orders.

• Standard (tracked): 7–15 business days, flat fee $9.90.
• Free shipping on orders over $99.00.
• Express: 3–7 business days (price calculated at checkout / by quote).
• Wholesale: by sea (30–45 days), air (10–15 days) or express (5–8 days).

Discreet Packaging

All retail orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of the product or brand on the outside.

Customs & Taxes

Import duties and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility. If a parcel is refused at customs, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

Returns

Unworn, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Contact us first for a return authorization. Intimate items that have been opened are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we will resend or refund promptly.
